-
Have
a cup of coffee in the morning and read your paper
newspaper like you used to, before the Web.
-
Eat
breakfast with a knife and fork and not with one hand typing.
-
Get
dressed before noon.
-
Make
an attempt to clean the house, wash clothes, and plan dinner before
even thinking of the Web.
-
Sit
down and write a letter to those unfortunate few friends and family
that are Web-deprived.
-
Call
someone on the phone who you cannot contact via the Web.
-
Read
a book... if you still remember how.
-
Listen
to those around you and their needs and stop telling them to turn
the TV down so you can hear the music on the Web.
-
Do
not be tempted during TV commercials to check for email.
-
Try
and get out of the house at least once a week, if it is necessary or
not.
-
Remember
that your bank is not forgiving if you forget to balance your
checkbook because you were too busy on the Web.
-
Last,
but not least: Remember that you must go to bed sometime... and the
Web will always be there tomorrow!
